The Company’s online store is available in Greece. Contracts through the e-shop are made in the Greek language, which you declare that you know and fully understand. For any dispute that may arise in connection with or on the occasion of using our e-shop, the courts of Athens are exclusively competent to resolve it, subject to the law of Greece, which is applicable in Greece. 4640/2019 on mediation.

Prices
The indicated prices in euros (€) of the products displayed on our website are the final sale prices. The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website regarding prices is correct, however, occasionally, errors in product prices may occur. In the event of any product price variation, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with your order or cancel it.

Delivery and payment of products
Transport costs and delivery time of products

The cost of transportation of products ordered through our online store is not included in the price of the products and is borne by the customer.

All Orders for furniture with delivery within Attica, are delivered at your place.
All orders start to be processed on the next working day (Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days).
If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a lack of a fabric, for example), we will be able to process your order on the same day.

In case you do not receive an order confirmation email (check your spam) you should contact us as it is possible that the order has not been entered in the system.

Delivery by transport company for outside Attica, with an agency, after telephone consultation.

The cost of the car in case of difficulty of access to the area is borne by the customer
**For furniture shipments to the rest of Greece, delivery is made to the agency that you indicate. The agency must be located within Attica. In case you do not know an agency then we suggest you. The cost of transport from the agency in Attica to your place is at your expense.

Payment method
By Cash on Delivery:

You can pay and pay your order to the shipping company upon delivery of the products to your location. We draw your attention to the fact that the condition for the delivery of the products is the full and complete payment of your order.

If your order is not paid within five (5) days from the date of receipt by us through our online store, it is cancelled. In order to immediately confirm your payment, when depositing the amount, please indicate the name of the buyer and the order number in the reason for payment. Transaction costs are borne by the ordering party. After depositing the money, please send the deposit slip via e-mail to our Company: info@sofashop.gr.

By Credit/Debit Card:

Each purchase is made at the buyer’s option with the possibility of payment by credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The transactions are carried out in real time, using the electronic payment platform of the respective payment instrument you are using. In this process, the Company has no involvement and any details of your credit/debit card are not stored in our Company’s system, nor in our online store, nor on our website. In case the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the credit card owner, the Company is not responsible and has no obligation to refund.

Payments are accepted via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Product returns – Order cancellations
Product returns due to error

In any cases in which the products you have ordered and paid for by quantity, type or in any other case of obvious error, the buyer – user of our online store reserves the right to immediately return the products to our Company, and in any case within three (3) days of their certified receipt, provided that they are intact and their accompanying documents, for inspection and verification of the error by our Company. In this case, the costs of returning the products to us as well as the costs of resending the order to the buyer shall be borne by our Company, provided that there is no change in the way of returning the sold products (i.e. the products are returned in the same way as they were received). .

Returns of defective products

In the event that it is determined that the delivered product is defective due to the Company’s fault, the buyer – user of our online store, is entitled not to receive, but to return immediately and in any case within three (3) days from the certified receipt of the defective product to the Company with all accompanying documents and with its packaging intact. If it is a defect discovered later than delivery and the packaging is not present, the packaging of the product is not required. The cost of transport from the agency in Attica to your place is at your expense.
After the return of the products, the defective product is checked by the Company, which will contact you to inform you of the result of the check. If the defect is found by our Company, the product will be replaced, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled if the product cannot be replaced in a reasonable time. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made interest-free in the same manner in which the purchaser’s original payment to the Company was made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation of an order

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, the Buyer may request in writing that the Company cancel the order, either through our online store or by e-mail to info@sofashop.gr.
